Description

Box is the leader in Intelligent Content Management, helping global organizations manage the entire content lifecycle with enterprise AI. As Senior Product Manager, UX Foundations, you will own the Localization strategy, lead the UX Platform roadmap, and define Accessibility standards across all Box products. The role partners cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to embed these disciplines into the product development lifecycle. The position is based in Warsaw, Poland, in a hybrid setup with at least three days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the Localization strategy for Box, defining standards, workflows, and tooling
Lead the UX Platform roadmap with Design and Engineering to build and evolve the shared component library and design system
Define and scale Box's Accessibility standards, establishing WCAG conformance requirements and inclusive design practices
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams across the product development lifecycle
Build and maintain the Localization infrastructure, including translation management systems, i18n frameworks, and vendor relationships
Drive adoption of UX Platform components across product teams to reduce duplication and ensure design consistency
Act as the internal SME for Accessibility, Localization, and UX Platform across the company
Align with senior leadership on roadmap priorities and report on program health across all three areas

Requirements

5+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of platform, infrastructure, or foundational product areas
Proven experience in Localization or Internationalization (i18n/L10n), including translation management systems and locale-specific UX considerations
Familiarity with global go-to-market workflows
Experience building or scaling a UX Platform, design system, or shared component library
Working knowledge of Accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA, EN 301 549)
Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, setting multi-quarter roadmaps
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of influencing without authority across Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM
Growth mindset and ability to leverage AI to make faster, smarter decisions
