Description

GALVANY is a profitable green-tech startup building an AI-based operating system for heat pumps, battery storage and smart metering, backed by €10 million in seed funding. As Product Manager you will own the vision and roadmap for the customer app, turning complex energy systems into engaging, intuitive products homeowners actually want to use. The role combines customer discovery, data-informed prioritisation, sprint and release orchestration, and go-to-market support together with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

Own the vision and roadmap for the product area: discover, translate, prioritise and deliver
Deeply understand customer needs through interviews, data analysis and collaboration with Sales and Support
Measure success and orchestrate sprints and releases
Navigate the four product risks: customer value, usability, feasibility and business value
Design engagement loops and incentives that make the product sticky and valuable
Support go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success

Requirements

5+ years of experience in high-performance environments such as fast-scaling startups
Proven end-to-end responsibility in product development from ideation to release
Strong background in Business, Design, Communication, Computer Science or similar fields
Agile thinking and a hands-on mentality with willingness to take responsibility
Fluent in German and English at C1 level
Self-driven problem-solving mindset without need for micromanagement or specific tickets
Technical aptitude for understanding systems, data flows and integrations
Enthusiasm for continuous learning and problem solving
Demonstrable end-to-end responsibility in software development is a plus
