Description

Proton is a privacy-focused company founded by CERN scientists, offering tools like Proton Mail, VPN, Drive, Pass, and Calendar. The ID team manages Proton Pass, Authenticator, and SimpleLogin, and seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead product growth and engagement through user experiences and freemium models.

Responsibilities

Define and drive product roadmap for Pass, Authenticator, and SimpleLogin
Own metrics: active usage, engagement, retention, revenue, B2B conversion
Identify and ship novel features to expand value proposition
Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, design, growth, marketing
Anticipate growth ceilings and define scaling strategies

Requirements

6–10 years of product management experience in B2C or B2B SaaS
Analytically rigorous with data-informed decisions
Experience in product-led growth and freemium models
Sharp eye for UX and technical understanding
Experience building or scaling B2B product lines
