Responsibilities

Development and responsibility for a cross-cutting quality strategy (Microservices, Microfrontends & Legacy Systems)
Building a modern, scalable test landscape
Establishing standards and processes
Enabling developers for sustainable quality assurance
Ensuring structure, stability and quality in a growing software organization

Requirements

Deep understanding of modern test strategies (Testpyramid, Unit-, Component-, Contract-, E2E-, Performance-Tests)
Very good knowledge in TypeScript and practical experience with Playwright, Jest, and/or Vitest
Experience with Microservice architectures, Microfrontends and API/Contract Testing
Expertise in building and evolving test automation and test frameworks
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Azure DevOps)
Strong architecture and system understanding including Legacy integration
Ability to coach development teams and build a Quality Culture
Fluent German and English skills
Ownership, prioritization strength and systemic thinking
