Description

Waracle are looking for a Senior QA for an exciting new role joining our world‑class digital technology consultancy and home to a diverse, smart, curious and ambitious community of specialists in technology‑driven transformation. This is a Hybrid role working from our London office 2 days a week. You will play a key part in shaping automation frameworks, improving continuous testing capabilities and embedding quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Co‑design and evolve scalable automation frameworks for mobile apps and APIs
Integrate automated checks into CI/CD pipelines across projects
Embed quality early in delivery lifecycle, including test data management and performance checks
Partner with developers, DevOps and security teams to improve system testability and troubleshoot issues
Define and refine test automation best practices and continuous testing approaches
Provide mentorship, code reviews and knowledge‑sharing sessions for QA team members
Ensure accessibility, security and performance standards are met in test suites

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in software quality assurance and test automation
Proven ability to design and implement automation frameworks for mobile (iOS/Android) and API testing
Strong programming skills and experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines
Experience with performance, security, accessibility and NFR testing
Ability to mentor and coach junior QA engineers
Excellent collaboration with developers, DevOps and security teams
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

Conditions
