Description
Goodlord is hiring a Senior Salesforce specialist to work across its Business Systems function, driving efficiency in Sales, Customer Support, Marketing and Finance. The role combines hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and declarative automation with requirements gathering and process mapping across the full SDLC. The specialist owns integrations with tools such as HubSpot, GetAccept and Vonage and applies Salesforce's Generative and Agentic AI capabilities to solve real business problems. The position is hybrid, based in London or Sheffield, with 2 days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
Flexibly balance business-as-usual system admin tasks with the execution of long-term strategic projects
Partner directly with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into documented technical specifications
Own the administration, configuration and day-to-day support of core tools including GetAccept, Vonage and HubSpot
Map, manage and continuously improve the operational processes underlying sales cycles
Maintain an accurate database using Salesforce reporting, Data Loader and Import Wizard
Build dashboards and reports for everyone from end-users to the executive team
Proactively spot, triage and systematically debug new system, AI or process issues
Requirements
Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and advanced declarative automation
Deep understanding of Lead-to-Cash pipelines, opportunity management and best-practice configuration to prevent over-customisation
Up-to-date experience with modern Salesforce AI capabilities, including Generative and Agentic AI
Proven ability to identify where AI can solve real-world business challenges and automate manual tasks
Solid experience partnering with business stakeholders to map processes, challenge assumptions and translate pain points into scalable solutions
Solid literacy in integration logic, data sync behaviours and APIs, e.g. interfacing Salesforce with HubSpot and plugins like GetAccept
A systematic approach to debugging, documentation and testing
Strict adherence to internal change management processes, including Sandbox management, UAT and regression testing
Comfortable working at pace with changing priorities

Hybrid format: 2 days per week in the office and 3 days working remotely, based in London or Sheffield
