Description

We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer to join the Broadcast Certification team, ensuring TV and Set-Top Box products meet broadcaster, operator and certification program requirements. The role combines hands-on manual testing with certification analysis and coordination. You will work with development teams, certification laboratories and external partners to evaluate certification results, investigate findings and drive successful certification outcomes. The position is based in Warsaw with a flexible hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

Execute manual certification testing for TV and Set-Top Box products
Investigate failed, blocked or inconclusive test results and support issue resolution
Review certification requirements, specifications and laboratory reports
Assess certification impact of defects, software changes and product updates
Coordinate certification activities with development teams, laboratories and certification partners
Prepare certification summaries, technical reports and status updates
Contribute to process improvements, documentation and knowledge sharing across the team

Requirements

4-5+ years of experience in software, system, integration or certification testing
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and diagnostic skills
Experience investigating technical issues across multiple system components
Ability to independently drive technical activities to completion
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Good spoken and written English (B2+)
Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications or equivalent experience (preferred, not mandatory)
Experience in Digital TV and broadcast technologies (preferred)
Understanding of IPTV, streaming or hybrid broadcast/IP services (preferred)
Certification, compliance or standards-based testing experience (preferred)
