Description

HelloFresh is seeking a Senior UX Designer for its Consumer UX team in Warsaw, building next-generation subscription-based food experiences. The role involves leading end-to-end design projects with an entrepreneurial mindset, using AI-native workflows, and collaborating with international teams to create scalable, data-driven products.

Responsibilities

Lead consumer experience design from concept to execution across touchpoints with high quality bar
Use AI-native tools for generating insights, accelerating discovery, and building prototypes
Raise craft bar through keen eye for detail and use of animation and motion as strategic tools
Identify product opportunities through market research and user analysis to inform design decisions
Collaborate closely with product leads and engineers to align design strategies with business goals

Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of experience in product design with proven track record of delivering high-quality consumer products end-to-end
Active use of AI tools across design workflow including strategy, insight synthesis, and rapid prototyping
Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with high attention to detail in hierarchy, motion, and micro-interaction
Proactive agency to push for right technical solutions and articulate design decisions effectively
