Description

Super is a global technology group building sports and gaming experiences. We are hiring a Senior UI Designer to join the Design System team, focusing on owning the asset library and contributing to visual components. The role bridges brand and product design in a hybrid format.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the full asset library across the design system
Serve as the bridge between Brand, Studio, and Product Design
Collaborate with product teams to fulfil asset requests and ensure visual consistency
Support product design teams through reviews, audits, and collaboration
Design, document, and maintain UI components and patterns
Contribute to the token system across themes, brands, and modes
Leverage AI tools to accelerate asset creation
Contribute to motion design across the product
Partner on future unified design system work
Maintain Figma libraries with clean, scalable structure
Document clearly in Notion for team use

Requirements

Strong graphic design portfolio with icon systems and illustrations
Sharp UI craft with attention to visual quality and typography
Motion design experience including Rive/Lottie and platform motion
Proficiency in Figma with variables, modes, and component properties
Hands-on experience with AI tools for design work
Experience working within or alongside a design system
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Systematic and organised approach to file maintenance
Accessibility-aware design process
Strong written and verbal English
