Description

ID Collect (АйДи Коллект) is a collection agency providing outsourcing services for working with overdue debt for major banks and MFIs in Kazakhstan. The company has been operating since 2020, is included in the National Bank registry, and is actively implementing IT systems based on machine learning. The Systems Analyst position is aimed at analyzing, optimizing, and automating business processes for collecting problem debt.

Responsibilities

Analysis, optimization, and automation of business processes for collecting problem debt
Collection and analysis of requirements from internal customers
Preparation of technical specifications and functional requirements for developers
Participation in the development, testing, and implementation of automated solutions
Technical support and development of the Delta M.CRM system
Management and updating of the user access matrix for Delta M.CRM
Analysis of the effectiveness of implemented solutions and preparation of proposals for their improvement
Participation in training employees to work with implemented solutions and processes

Requirements

Higher education: economic, technical, or legal
Work experience of at least 2 years in the financial, legal, or IT sector — at least 1 year
Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan related to the activity of collecting problem debt
Knowledge of the principles of analysis, modeling, and optimization of business processes and their automation
Experience working with Delta M.CRM or similar CRM systems
Skills in preparing technical specifications, business and functional requirements, as well as testing and implementing solutions
Skills in data analysis, diagnosing and resolving technical and functional problems
Confident use of MS Office, Excel — mandatory; knowledge of SQL — mandatory
Skills in preparing business, technical, and work documentation, fluent oral and written communication
Knowledge of information security principles and skills in effective interaction with business units and developers

Conditions

Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Work schedule 5/2 9:00-18:00
