Description

Revolut is running a 12-month Graduate Programme starting in 2027 for Android Software Engineers. Graduates join engineering teams to tackle real-world projects with structured training, hands-on experience, and mentorship from senior engineers. The tech stack includes Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, MVVM, and TDD. Top performers may be offered a full-time role after the programme.

Responsibilities

Collaborating with Product Designers on new feature design and prototyping
Shaping the user experience from wireframes and mockups to implementation and release
Building elegant solutions in partnership with designers and product teams
Helping define and maintain visual guidelines to ensure consistency across the app
Prototyping new interactions based on peer and user feedback
Developing expertise with the Android SDK
Managing tasks, tracking progress, and delivering outcomes
Sharing updates with global teams and learning from senior engineers
Using regular feedback to accelerate your development

Requirements

A predicted or achieved 2:1 (or equivalent grade)
Graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027
A portfolio of coding projects or open-source contributions
A degree in computer science, maths, physics, or a similar field
Solid problem-solving skills
A proactive, ambitious, and results-driven approach
Fluency in English
Great communication and organisational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, diverse team environment
Full-time availability from early or late 2027

Conditions

12-month graduate programme with structured training and mentorship
Hybrid role: at least 3 days per week in the office
Visa assistance, travel costs, and first month of accommodation provided (conditions apply)
Must be willing to relocate to tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK
