Description

EDF, a leading global electricity producer, seeks a Solution Delivery Manager for its G2S subsidiary. The role involves organizing and piloting IT projects from client needs to production, ensuring quality delivery and managing client relationships. The position requires technical knowledge in IT and strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

Follow projects from client expression of needs to production launch based on specifications
Define and challenge service providers on objectives and deadlines for deliverables
Build project schedules with operators considering technical, resource, and other constraints
Set up project and run perimeter monitoring with dashboard progress tracking
Ensure consideration of events impacting service contracts: qualitative, budgetary, contractual, and scheduling risks
Organize and lead steering committees and contribute to strategic committees
Regularly transfer project progress dashboards to the business owner

Requirements

In-depth technical knowledge in the IT field
Mastery of project management processes and methods including planning, budget, and indicators
Mastery of at least one IT best practices framework such as ITIL, Agile, or Prince 2
Understanding of G2S services and activities and its client operations
Proficiency in English language
Behavioral skills: motivation, customer service sense, communication, rigor, autonomy, anticipation, solution-oriented approach, organization, leadership, analytical qualities, stress management, and perseverance
