Description

Dynatrace is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support HR technology solutions within the People & Culture organization. The role involves partnering with stakeholders, facilitating requirements gathering, translating into user stories, and supporting Agile processes.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions
Translate requirements into user stories and documentation
Serve as liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams
Support backlog refinement and prioritization
Analyze business processes and identify dependencies
Document current and future state processes
Provide process improvement recommendations
Communicate priorities and outcomes to stakeholders

Requirements

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors including Employee Central, Time, Compensation, Performance & Goal Management
Strong understanding of HR business processes
Proven requirements gathering and documentation skills
Ability to build trusted partnerships
Experience in Agile Scrum teams
Proficiency with Jira
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical abilities
