Description

ABOUT YOU SE & Co. KG is a fast‑growing European e‑commerce company developing a high‑quality mobile application for iOS and Android using Flutter. The role involves contributing to architecture decisions, defining coding standards, and improving performance and stability across the stack. Collaboration with product managers, designers, testers, and backend teams is essential.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the high‑quality Flutter mobile application for iOS and Android
Participate in architecture decisions and define coding standards for the team
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, testers, and backend developers in a cross‑stack environment
Introduce new technologies, tools, or processes to improve developer productivity and product quality
Diagnose and resolve performance and stability issues across the entire stack
Write unit, integration, and golden tests to ensure code reliability
Maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and releases

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of programming experience, including at least 1 year in mobile app development
Expert knowledge of Dart and Flutter for cross‑platform mobile development
Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Fastlane and GitHub Actions
Proficiency in writing unit and golden tests for Flutter applications
Strong understanding of performance optimization and profiling techniques
Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and leadership abilities
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
Ability to collaborate with product managers, designers, testers, and backend teams

Conditions

Full‑time position based in Berlin office
English language proficiency expected for collaboration
