Description

Kinguin is looking for a Test Engineer to ensure high quality of its digital marketplace platform. The role combines manual and automated testing, with a focus on payments, tax calculations and AI‑driven testing approaches. Responsibilities

Perform manual and automated testing of product areas, focusing on payments and tax calculations
Design, execute, and maintain test cases and regression coverage for development teams
Report, track, and verify defects in Jira, supporting defect triage processes
Extend automated test suite to increase coverage and testing efficiency
Collaborate with developers throughout the delivery cycle from requirements to release sign‑off
Identify potential risks and edge cases to ensure high‑quality product releases
Explore and apply AI‑driven testing methods using command‑line interfaces

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in both manual and automated software testing
Strong understanding of test design techniques and regression testing principles
Ability to create, maintain, and expand automated test suites using CLI tools
Proficiency with Jira or similar defect tracking systems
Good analytical skills to identify edge cases and potential risks
Interest in applying AI‑oriented testing approaches to improve quality
Excellent English communication skills for collaboration with global teams
