Description
A global B2B MarTech service provider focused on Pharma and Life Sciences is hiring a UI/UX Designer. The role covers creating responsive UI/UX solutions, contributing to the design system, preparing implementation-ready designs and supporting developer handoff. It requires at least 3 years of product/UI/UX design experience, strong Figma proficiency and Upper-Intermediate English. Responsibilities
Create responsive/adaptive UI/UX solutions based on user, business and technical needs, including designs, mockups and interactive prototypes
Apply user-centered design methods and use available research and feedback to inform and validate design solutions
Contribute to the design system for existing and upcoming functionality and maintain its components, patterns and documentation
Prepare implementation-ready designs and specifications and support developer handoff
Review implemented features against approved designs and identify discrepancies, usability issues and improvements
Collaborate with designers, BAs, product managers, developers, QAs and technical writers and communicate progress, risks and dependencies
Present design solutions and rationale to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback and iterate
Requirements
At least 3 years of relevant product/UI/UX design experience and a portfolio of digital product work
Strong practical knowledge of UI, visual, UX and interaction design, including user flows, wireframing and responsive/adaptive UI
Proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, prototyping and developer handoff
Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and the ability to critically evaluate outputs
Experience with advanced prototyping, motion design or relevant Adobe Creative Cloud applications is a plus
Working knowledge of design systems, WCAG 2.2 accessibility, Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design 3
Knowledge of user-centered design methods and ability to use research, analytics, feedback and usability testing to validate decisions
Understanding of product/software development processes, Agile practices and basic front-end constraints
Ability to learn quickly, work independently within the assigned scope, collaborate effectively and clearly explain design decisions
Upper-Intermediate English or higher
