Description

A business development role focused on prospecting and generating leads for the US market at Seargin, an IT consulting company. The position involves research, outbound activities, and pipeline management with a modern office in Warsaw.

Responsibilities

Prospect Research: identify and research prospective enterprise clients
Target Account Development: build target account lists
Outbound Prospecting: conduct personalized prospecting via social media, email, phone
Business Opportunity Generation: generate interest in consulting and technology delivery
Lead Qualification: qualify prospective opportunities and identify business needs
Meeting Generation: schedule qualified meetings for senior teams
Relationship Nurturing: follow up systematically with prospects
Pipeline Management: build and maintain high-quality pipeline
CRM & Collaboration: maintain CRM records and collaborate with teams

Requirements

Excellent English at minimum C1 level, written and spoken
Confidence communicating with senior executives and international clients
Strong research skills to understand complex organizations
Commercial curiosity and ability to identify business opportunities
Confidence conducting phone conversations and outbound activities
Strong ability to work independently and organize priorities
Results-driven mindset with strong ownership
Interest in technology and digital transformation
Previous experience in B2B prospecting, SDR/BDR, or business development
