Description

BYD is a global high‑tech leader focused on zero‑emission solutions. The Aftersales Specialist/Manager will manage after‑sales operations for energy storage sites and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating resources, monitoring performance, and supporting project handover.

Responsibilities

Maintain effective communication with customers and respond promptly to inquiries
Manage after‑sales operations of energy storage sites and optimize operational efficiency
Identify and assess issues at project sites and coordinate resources to resolve them
Ensure compliance with after‑sales contract terms and maintain high service standards
Assist in evaluating service terms for new projects and support smooth handover to after‑sales phase
Enhance customer satisfaction through regular follow‑ups and proactive communication

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Energy Management or related field
Minimum three years experience in project or after‑sales service management, preferably in energy storage or renewable energy
Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus
PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
Strong project management, communication and coordination skills
Ability to solve problems and manage conflicts under pressure
Willingness to travel frequently and work in multicultural environments
