Description

Digital & Brand Designer apprentice joining the digital design team at 1Health. Works with the Art Director and Product Designers on web/UI, brand content and marketing assets, using Figma, Adobe suite and generative AI tools. Contract is a 12‑24 month apprenticeship based in Paris 16e with a hybrid on‑site/remote arrangement.

Responsibilities

Design and develop UI for landing pages and web applications, ensuring conversion focus
Create editorial and enriched content modules for articles and digital publications
Produce visual assets for social media, newsletters, digital ads and event kits
Generate banners, sponsored visuals and marketing assets for acquisition campaigns
Design visual identities and communication kits for events and special operations
Integrate generative AI tools (Claude, Figma AI) into daily workflow to accelerate design
Maintain and extend design systems within Figma for consistent branding

Requirements

Enrolled in or completed a Master (Bac+4/5) in Graphic Design, Webdesign, UI/UX or Digital Art Direction
Preferable prior internship or apprenticeship experience in agency or in‑house environment
Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto‑layout and prototyping
Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Solid understanding of UI principles and strong interest in UX design
High curiosity and enthusiasm for generative AI tools such as Claude
Ability to work autonomously, be rigorous and propose creative solutions
Portfolio or online book required for application

Conditions

12‑24 month apprenticeship contract starting October in Paris 16e
Hybrid work arrangement with on‑site and remote days
Salary set according to French apprenticeship regulations based on age and year
Mandatory submission of CV and up‑to‑date online portfolio
