Description

The Associate Consultant joins Veeva’s Consultant Development Program, working hands‑on with innovative technology to deliver cloud and AI solutions for life‑science companies. The role involves designing and configuring software, leading discovery workshops, managing project scope and guiding customers on best practices. The program offers a fast‑track path to become a Consultant within two years.

Responsibilities

Design and tailor the Veeva platform to fit customer business models, configuring workflows and data structures
Lead discovery workshops to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Manage project scope, timeline estimates and keep milestones on track from kickoff to go‑live
Guide customers with best practices to optimize business processes for long‑term value
Collaborate with team members to develop technical expertise and deliver high‑impact solutions

Requirements

Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and up to 2 years of post‑graduate experience
Strong drive, curiosity and ability to work in an intense, fast‑paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Analytical mindset with proven academic performance
Integrity and commitment to doing the right thing
Willingness to travel up to 20‑30% of the time

Conditions

Starting annual salary of 37 000 EUR
Hybrid work environment with flexibility to work from office or home
Travel requirement of up to 30 % of the time
Support for work authorization in the EU without visa sponsorship
