Description

We are looking for an Automation Tester to support the development and maintenance of quality for business applications in the leasing sector. The role combines automation and manual testing, and involves close collaboration with developers and analysts. The position offers a strategic impact on QA processes and a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and optimise automated tests for frontend and backend applications (API, E2E)
Create and update documentation related to test automation
Validate new environments and application versions using automated tests
Analyse test results, identify defects and collaborate with developers to resolve them
Support the team with manual testing during sprints and periods of high workload
Participate in first‑line QA support rotations and on‑call duties
Take part in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, review and retrospectives
Collaborate closely with developers, analysts and other project team members
Initiate and implement improvements in automated testing and quality assurance processes

Requirements

3–4 years of experience in software testing, including test automation
Practical knowledge of creating and maintaining automated tests for APIs, web applications and end‑to‑end scenarios
Experience with Playwright, K6 and API testing tools
Proficiency in TypeScript
Familiarity with Visual Studio and Git version control
Experience using JIRA or Azure DevOps, Confluence and Application Insights
Ability to work with databases such as MS SQL Server and write SQL queries
Experience working in Scrum methodology
Analytical thinking and effective problem‑solving skills
Attention to detail, responsibility for the assigned area and strong communication abilities
