Description

BeInCrypto, part of the BeInNews media group, seeks a Senior Video Editor & Motion Designer to create premium YouTube and social‑first content. The role combines long‑form editing with motion‑design work, shaping the visual identity of a globally recognized crypto news brand.

Responsibilities

Edit 1–2 long‑form videos and 2–4 short‑form videos per week
Create motion assets including intros, lower thirds, animated typography and data visualizations
Produce original AI‑generated visual assets and maintain the motion language across channels
Adapt video content for YouTube, social platforms and other media while respecting technical requirements
Collaborate with designers, copywriters and marketers to ensure visual consistency
Propose new video formats, editing approaches and motion systems to evolve the brand

Requirements

5+ years of professional video editing and motion design experience with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve and in After Effects
Solid audio post‑production skills including dialogue cleanup and noise reduction
Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as Runway, Midjourney or ElevenLabs
Basic Figma skills and ability to work within established brand systems
Strong storytelling instincts and understanding of YouTube best practices
Fluent English communication for internal and external collaboration
