Description

Business Analyst role at Avanade, focusing on supporting and improving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions for clients in a managed services environment. Responsibilities include incident resolution, optimization, and user support to enhance ERP performance.

Responsibilities

Analyze and resolve functional incidents ensuring high service quality
Understand user needs for evolution and propose adapted solutions
Support clients in optimizing ERP usage
Identify continuous improvement opportunities and contribute to the functional roadmap
Write functional specifications and ensure understanding with technical teams
Participate in validating changes via test definition and execution
Support change management with users (training, support, adoption)
Contribute to activity monitoring and service performance steering

Requirements

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Good understanding of business domains: Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Project Accounting
Experience in application support, TMA, or managed services environments
Ability to work in multi-client and international contexts
Analytical mindset and ability to propose concrete solutions
Strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills
Fluency in French and English
