Description

The position is for a Business Development & Marketing Executive at Penkz Care and Assisted Travels, responsible for driving sales growth, building referral partnerships with healthcare providers and travel agencies, and managing localized marketing campaigns in the health and travel sectors.

Responsibilities

Establish and grow referral partnerships with healthcare providers and travel agencies
Prospect for new B2B client opportunities through direct networking and outreach
Manage incoming inquiries and conduct initial sales follow-ups
Develop and execute local direct marketing strategies
Manage company social media platforms and create engaging content
Maintain and optimize Google Business Profile and website for SEO
Track key performance indicators and provide sales updates

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in business development, sales, or field marketing within health, social care, or tourism industries
Proven experience in B2B networking and establishing referral channels
Strong understanding of local community outreach strategies and direct sales tactics
Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media management, basic graphic design (e.g., Canva), and CRM software
Valid Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for field visits

Conditions

25 days annual leave
Company pension scheme
In-house training provided
Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00, every other Saturday 10:00-13:00
Full-time, permanent position
On-site work in Swanley
