Description
The Client Success Executive will help commercial teams demonstrate the value of marketing solutions across The Grocer, Convenience Store and Forecourt Trader brands. The role turns campaign performance, audience insight and customer data into compelling stories that drive client retention and growth. It works across digital advertising, print, events and integrated partnerships.
Responsibilities
Create campaign reports, insights and commercial evidence demonstrating performance
Strengthen sales proposals and client presentations with audience insight and case studies
Develop compelling client‑facing materials that turn data into clear persuasive stories
Coordinate campaign information from multiple sources ensuring accurate and timely reporting
Maintain case studies, testimonials, evidence packs and sales tools for commercial conversations
Partner with sales, editorial, marketing, events, audience and data teams to improve outcomes
Contribute to client review and renewal discussions by providing insights and recommendations
Requirements
Commercially minded approach with interest in campaign performance and client value
Experience interpreting data, reporting metrics and translating results into insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear presentation to audiences
Ability to turn data, research and complex information into engaging client‑ready materials
Strong organisational skills managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Confidence working with stakeholders across teams and building effective relationships
