Description

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead testing activities for Core Transactions platforms and services. The role involves shaping the testing approach, strengthening QA practices, and delivering reliable solutions with visible impact across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate testing across complex applications and services
Define overall test strategy and approach for initiatives and releases
Develop comprehensive test plans covering E2E, integration, system, regression, functional and non‑functional testing
Identify scope, dependencies, risks and test data for testing activities
Coordinate FAT, BAT, system, integration and regression testing where applicable
Monitor execution, progress, quality metrics and report clearly to stakeholders
Own defect triage and prioritisation assessing business and technical impact
Oversee manual and automated testing and shape automation strategy
Provide test readiness assessments and define quality KPIs and exit criteria

Requirements

8+ years of software testing and QA experience, including test manager roles
Proven experience defining test strategies, plans and risk‑based testing models
Hands‑on experience with API, database, messaging, batch and service‑level testing
Familiarity with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management and leadership abilities
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM/Quality Center, Postman and SQL
