Description
Join TCIO Operations to build and scale intelligent solutions that automate critical processes and deliver data‑driven insights at the center of JPMorgan's balance sheet management function. You will combine Generative AI, low‑code tools and modern cloud platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake to deliver high‑impact solutions in partnership with senior stakeholders. The role offers the chance to become an expert in data management while improving programming and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
Design and build solutions using AI, Python, SQL, Alteryx, Pega and Tableau
Migrate and develop applications in cloud environments such as Databricks and Snowflake
Act as project manager, business analyst and solution developer throughout lifecycle
Document solutions for easy support and configuration by process owners
Monitor execution of IS tools and produce analytics and MIS reports
Collaborate with internal technology teams to ensure efficient solution delivery
Requirements
Minimum three years of experience developing process improvements in financial roles
Strong programming skills in Python and advanced proficiency in SQL for data analysis
Experience building solutions with AI, Databricks or Snowflake cloud platforms
Ability to design and document intelligent solutions using Alteryx, Pega and Tableau
Proven leadership experience driving initiatives across cross‑functional teams
Excellent communication and organizational skills for stakeholder collaboration
