Description

Accenture Poland is hiring a Data Scientist to join its AI & Data practice of 200+ Poland-based specialists. The role focuses on designing and delivering data-driven solutions that turn complex enterprise data into actionable insights and intelligent products. The work sits at the intersection of classical ML and Generative AI, leveraging LLMs as a force multiplier in data science workflows. The position offers a permanent contract with a flexible hybrid arrangement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

Build and deploy machine learning models that solve real business problems at scale for enterprise clients
Design and implement advanced analytics pipelines from data exploration and feature engineering through production deployment
Leverage GenAI and LLMs to augment data science workflows including conversational analytics and automated insight generation
Translate business requirements into data science approaches, selecting methods and communicating results to stakeholders
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and consultants on cross-functional project teams contributing to solution design

Requirements

Solid knowledge of probability theory and statistics
Min. 3 years of commercial experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related analytical role
Strong Python skills and advanced SQL knowledge
Solid foundation in statistics, machine learning, and predictive modeling with rigorous validation
Experience with ML frameworks and libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Practical experience with data wrangling, feature engineering, and working with large-scale datasets
Familiarity with LLMs and Generative AI (Text-to-SQL, data summarization, conversational analytics)
Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Copilot, or similar) as core daily workflow
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for model deployment and data processing
Good command of English (min. B2+)
Bonus: Experience building NLP solutions or working with text data at scale
Bonus: Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, or vector databases
Bonus: Familiarity with MLOps practices, experiment tracking (MLflow, Weights & Biases), and CI/CD for ML
Bonus: Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Streamlit)
Bonus: Knowledge of containerization and API tooling (Docker, FastAPI, Flask)
Bonus: Understanding of Responsible AI principles — fairness, explainability, bias mitigation
