Description

The Data Scientist will design causal‑uplift frameworks and translate data into actionable pricing insights.

Responsibilities

Design and operationalize causal‑uplift measurement frameworks to quantify the incremental impact of pricing models
Lead data discovery and translate complex multidimensional data into actionable insights related to pricing algorithms
Conduct research and experimentation to develop novel uplift measurement and A/B testing approaches
Collaborate with revenue managers, data analysts and data engineers to encode airline business logic into modeling pipelines
Communicate findings through storytelling and visualizations for technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Requirements

At least 5 years of hands‑on data analytics and science experience with proven record of leveraging modeling into business insights
Proficient in Python, including pandas, numpy, scikit‑learn and statsmodels
Ability to assess performance and impact of ML‑powered systems from a business perspective
Strong communication and storytelling skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences
Experience translating complex client requirements into actionable insights and presenting findings to stakeholders
Capability to propose innovative solutions to non‑trivial challenges
Team player ready to meet aggressive timelines and motivate the team
B.Sc. or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Math or similar (PhD a plus)
Proficient in SQL (BigQuery/Dataform) and Git
