Description
CKM Group aims to transform health care through preventive medicine, eHealth and public health initiatives. The Data Scientist will build intelligent data processes and support data‑driven decisions for the GreenMedical telemedicine service. The role combines data modeling, analysis, visualization and close collaboration with marketing and operations.

Responsibilities
Design, maintain and evolve data structures and data flows together with IT
Develop KPIs, perform analyses and create decision‑oriented visualizations in Grafana or Power BI
Break down complex requirements into concrete analyses, data models and actionable steps
Own end‑to‑end implementation of use cases from data preparation to dashboards and interpretation
Act as liaison with marketing, operations and other business units to prioritize requirements
Build and improve dashboards and reports for data quality, system status and operational KPIs
Develop, apply and validate calculation logics and predictive models such as forecasts
Requirements
Several years of experience in data analytics, BI or data science
Strong teamwork and ability to improve work processes
Excellent communication skills for translating requirements into visual insights
Curiosity about new technologies and proactive self‑development
Ownership mindset with high responsibility for delivered solutions
Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
Business understanding of marketing and operations contexts
