Description

Evinova, a digital health company, is hiring a Delivery Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives in highly regulated environments. The role emphasizes leadership over coordination, using AI tools as a core part of the workflow, and driving delivery excellence with strategic planning and portfolio governance.

Responsibilities

Own the delivery of the company's most complex cross-functional initiatives from framing to value realization
Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early and drive them to resolution
Lead initiative governance, defining cadences, metrics, and stakeholder alignment
Maintain integrated delivery plans that reflect reality and manage resources, finances, and plans with full accountability
Ensure products are delivered with high quality and in compliance with SOPs and policies
Use AI tools daily for generating summaries, analyzing data, drafting communications, and identifying patterns
Build and champion AI-assisted delivery practices, automating routine reporting and surfacing risks earlier
Drive quarterly and annual planning cycles in collaboration with Product and Engineering leadership
Maintain a unified picture of the portfolio and bring financial accountability to delivery
Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and others to align on 'done' and hold the organization accountable
Navigate organizational complexity and build trusted relationships across teams and levels

Requirements

5+ years of experience in program or delivery management with a track record of complex, multi-team initiatives
3+ years leading cross-functional programs in a technology or digital product organization, preferably in highly regulated environments
Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and drive outcomes without relying on formal authority
Practical, daily experience using AI-assisted tools (Claude, Copilot, GPT, or similar)
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing matrixed teams and working globally
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
