Description
Aubay Solutec is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee strategic contracts and drive the evolution of a service center for major clients in banking, insurance, luxury, and telecoms. The role involves managing operational performance, risks, budgets, and reporting while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Pilot and monitor a service contract
Establish trust relationships with governance bodies and technical contacts of the Service Center
Track and analyze key performance indicators to assess service quality
Detect risks early, measure potential impacts, and implement preventive and corrective actions
Contribute to continuous service improvement by collecting feedback and optimizing processes
Supervise incident and problem management to ensure rapid resolution
Manage budget, control costs, and ensure adherence to financial framework
Ensure quality and reliability of reporting and service deliverables
Comply with standards, internal procedures, and regulatory obligations
Coordinate with internal teams and technical partners for synergy in service evolution
Requirements
Approximately 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
Good communicator, proactive and able to challenge the competence center
Available for on-call duties and interventions during non-working hours
Fluent English is essential
