Description

The Digital Product Design Intern will join Bain & Company's AI, Insights & Solutions team in Madrid. This role involves participating in the full strategic design process, including research, ideation, and prototyping, to develop human-centric solutions for clients. The intern will collaborate with consultants and experts across industries, gaining hands-on experience in digital product design.

Responsibilities

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and synthesize learnings into actionable insights and artifacts
Support planning and execution of ideation workshops and creative sessions
Envision and conceptualize new business ideas and services with game-changing potential
Iteratively design and refine solutions through low to high-fidelity prototyping in Figma
Contribute to AIS team growth by sharing experiences and unique perspective
Gain experience working in a client services environment
Support case team on cross-functional process management and project delivery
Develop skills in knowledge management and communication of design expertise

Requirements

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Design or related field
0-2+ years of hands-on experience shaping digital products, services, and new ventures
Thorough understanding of Design Thinking principles
Skills and interests in strategic design, research, UX/UI, service design, omnichannel experience design, and digital product design
Comfort with and passion for end-to-end design process from insights gathering to prototyping
Proficiency with collaboration and prototyping tools like Figma, Miro, Webflow, Adobe CS
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
Highly ambitious and entrepreneurial spirit for dynamic and fast-paced environment
Approximately 30% travel to clients required
Proficiency in English required
