Description

IE University’s IT Department is seeking an ERP Analyst to support, enhance, and optimize its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ecosystem. The role involves functional, technical, and analytical tasks, collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365
Configure, maintain, and optimize D365 Finance & Operations modules and related processes
Identify opportunities for process improvement and system automation
Manage ERP‑related incidents, service requests, and enhancements
Participate in implementation, upgrade, testing, and deployment activities
Define and execute functional and integration testing plans
Collaborate with development teams and external vendors to deliver technical solutions
Design, monitor, and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications
Create and maintain system documentation, process flows, and technical specifications
Provide end‑user training and support when required

Requirements

Minimum 3 years hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Strong knowledge of ERP business processes such as Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain
Experience integrating D365 with APIs, Power Platform, or Azure Integration Services
Understanding of IT Service Management and support processes
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (or equivalent)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
English proficiency at least B2 level (mandatory)
