Description

The AI Office at the University of Copenhagen is seeking a Forward-deployed AI Engineer to support AI implementation across research, education, innovation, and administration. The role involves developing specialized AI models and agents, collaborating with IT teams, and advising university leadership on AI strategies and investments.

Responsibilities

Establish and coordinate work in KU's AI platform
Build, test, and implement AI solutions for administration
Advise leadership on frontier AI models and solutions
Advise on AI investment needs
Participate in university AI forums and taskforces

Requirements

Relevant education in data science, applied AI, or equivalent knowledge
Experience with developing AI solutions in large organizations is preferred
Ability to prioritize tasks in a complex organization
Good communication skills in English and Danish
Technical knowledge of frontier AI models and agentive solutions
Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams

Conditions
