Description

Forward Deployed Engineer responsible for building and deploying the Murphy AI debt collection platform in Brazil. Operates at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success, translating business requirements into technical solutions and ensuring measurable value in production.

Responsibilities

Ensure every deployment is technically correct and properly scoped
Continuously analyze performance metrics and improve voice agent flows
Participate in client meetings as the product and systems expert
Identify when challenges stem from configuration vs. product gaps
Design scalable, reusable solutions to avoid technical debt

Requirements

Native Portuguese speaker with fluent English
Based in Barcelona and comfortable with international travel, particularly to Brazil
Background in Data Science or Data Analysis
Strong technical foundations and ability to write and understand production-quality code
Comfortable working directly with customers and translating business requirements into technical solutions
Deep product and systems understanding with ability to reason end-to-end
Analytical and performance-driven thinking with comfort working with KPIs
Extreme ownership of configuration quality with high bar for technical correctness

Conditions

Salary €35,000-€75,000+ gross per year based on skills and experience
