Description
autarc is building an AI platform and operating system for heat pump installers, aiming to simplify and digitalise renewable energy installation across Europe. Founded in 2023, the company graduated from Y Combinator in 2024 and now serves more than 2,000 customers with a team of over 70 people from its office in Berlin. As Growth Manager you will own customer acquisition end to end, discovering new channels across markets and scaling what works into repeatable acquisition engines.
Responsibilities
Discover new acquisition opportunities across channels, platforms and partnerships, including places where software companies have little presence
Reinvent proven channels such as email, LinkedIn, webinars, referrals, events and paid campaigns into coordinated journeys that turn interest into action
Launch experiments quickly by defining audience, hypothesis and success criteria and getting initial tests live within days
Create content, landing pages and workflows yourself or together with the team
Build visibility that generates business on industry platforms, professional communities and trade associations
Reach audiences across markets by adapting messaging and distribution to national and international audiences
Measure through to acquisition by working with sales to track qualified leads, demos and paying customers using conversion rates, CAC and revenue
Scale what works by stopping low-potential experiments, improving promising ones and turning successful tests into repeatable acquisition channels
Requirements
Practical experience in growth, marketing, customer acquisition or building your own business or project
Concrete examples of customers you helped acquire with measurable results and a clear explanation of your contribution
Creativity in how you approach a challenge and discipline in how you evaluate the outcome
Hands-on approach: comfortable writing copy, building a landing page, launching a campaign or initiating a partnership
Confidence working with metrics and ability to explain what would make an experiment successful and when to stop it
Ability to move quickly, prioritise and make progress with incomplete information
Strong communication skills in German and English with curiosity about different markets and audiences
Experience using AI and automation to test ideas faster and make successful processes more efficient
