Description

Joppy is hiring a Growth Marketing Lead for a start-up in the audiovisual industry. The role focuses on leading demand generation, SEO, SEM, and conversion optimization from an early stage. Responsibilities include strategy execution, campaign management, and collaboration with product and technology teams. The position offers competitive compensation and high growth potential.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the growth marketing strategy
Launch and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels
Work on website SEO, identifying strategic keywords and positioning opportunities
Optimize landings, messages, CTAs, and forms to improve conversion
Create specific pages by segment such as rental, event producers, and film schools
Develop capture resources like use cases, comparisons, and high-intent commercial materials
Analyze traffic, conversions, leads, demos, and quality of generated opportunities
Coordinate actions with product and technology teams to improve website and landings
Monitor competitors, trends, keywords, and market opportunities
Contribute to positioning as AI-native software for the audiovisual industry
Prioritize actions based on direct impact on the sales pipeline
Measure, learn, and quickly scale what works

Requirements

Experience in SEO, SEM, digital campaigns, web analytics, and B2B lead generation
Ability to design and implement campaigns focused on measurable results
Analytical mindset and skills to define converting messages
Experience collaborating with sales, product, and technology teams
Comprehensive vision of the funnel: traffic to conversion to lead to demo to opportunity to sales
Ability to act autonomously, prioritize actions, and learn quickly
