Description

SevenLab, an Amsterdam-based AI solutions company, is looking for a GTM/RevOps Engineer to build and manage their outbound sales systems. The role involves auditing current systems, building core outbound motions, and owning top-of-funnel results. The company works with AI agents and sovereign AI infrastructure for various sectors.

Responsibilities

Audit and fix current sales systems (Attio, Clay, email sequences)
Build core outbound motion from scratch for the Dutch market
Define ICP per segment, build enrichment waterfall, design signal triggers
Write and test sequences, and improve Attio data model for pipeline reporting
Run weekly experiments, kill what doesn't work, document what does
Feed qualified meetings to Account Executive and scale segments with commercial leadership

Requirements

2-4 years of hands-on experience building and running outbound systems
Practical experience with Clay, Attio, and Instantly
Track record of building signal-based lists and enrichment waterfalls
Comfortable with 15-minute intro calls or willing to learn
Understanding of GDPR-compliant data sourcing
Professional Dutch and English, spoken and written
Able to work from Amsterdam office at least two days a week
