Description

Create IT seeks a Head of Product & Business to lead Diggspace, a SaaS platform for digital workplace transformation, overseeing product vision, roadmap, growth and market positioning. The role combines product strategy, business development and customer engagement with high autonomy.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve Diggspace product vision and roadmap
Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and market opportunities
Drive revenue growth retention and expansion strategies
Shape market positioning messaging and go‑to‑market plans
Engage with customers and partners to translate insights into product priorities
Lead monthly business and product performance reviews with leadership
Collaborate with engineering to ensure quality and execution excellence

Requirements

Proven B2B SaaS product leadership experience
Strong understanding of SaaS growth drivers like acquisition and retention
Experience with enterprise customers and complex stakeholder environments
Strategic thinking combined with execution capability
Excellent communication storytelling and presentation skills
Customer‑centric mindset with commercial awareness
Fluent in English and Portuguese
