Description

Delve Deeper is a performance media agency serving nonprofit organizations. They are hiring a Head of Product Delivery to manage the delivery of their SaaS product portfolio, ensuring cross-functional teams deliver on time and with quality. The role involves team leadership, client onboarding, and establishing repeatable delivery processes.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Front-end/Design) into coordinated workflows
Run delivery rhythm: sprint planning, standups, tracking, milestone and go-live dates
Manage team workload, priorities, unblockers, and performance for individual contributors
Own client onboarding and delivery execution from contract signed to solution live
Prioritize within existing roadmap; triage client integration blocks and bug fixes
Build and refine playbooks, intake templates, and delivery checklists for repeatable process
Own risk and quality; catch slipping timelines and data quality issues early
Provide leadership with clear reporting on delivery status across the portfolio

Requirements

Proven delivery/project management experience in a product or software context
Strong operational rhythm with visible tracking (sprints, planned-vs-delivered)
Comfortable managing technical individual contributors without being the most technical person
Client-facing competence to translate needs into delivery plans and manage expectations
Bias to execution over strategy; energized by defined solutions and real deadlines
AI-fluent working style; comfortable with AI-assisted development timelines
