Description

Program manager role focused on leading software initiatives in healthcare environments. The position combines daily operational involvement, close collaboration with information systems and technical profiles, and leadership of a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities

Gather and analyse requirements
Proactively suggest strategies to achieve project objectives
Measure, monitor, evaluate and communicate project progress
Ensure compliance with quality standards and on-time delivery of objectives
Manage the expectations and satisfaction of the various stakeholders
Lead a multidisciplinary work team
Facilitate constant communication between team members and project stakeholders
Identify and manage risks and issues related to the projects or the team

Requirements

Solid, verifiable experience in process analysis and management of technology projects, with healthcare experience as a plus
Fluent Catalan, required for interaction with the client
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
University degree
PMP project management certification as a valuable asset
Knowledge of healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR and OpenEHR as a valuable asset
Technical knowledge of Java, REST services, JSON, Angular and Postman as a valuable asset
