Description

The iSHIFT SCI Solution Delivery SCI TM/IM Lead is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP Transportation Management and Inventory Management solutions within Sanofi's global iSHIFT program. This role involves end-to-end solution ownership, stakeholder management, and team leadership in a complex, international environment focused on digital transformation.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP TM/IM solutions
Translate business requirements into functional specifications
Drive solution architecture for transportation and inventory management
Act as functional owner for SAP TM and IM modules
Define and govern the TM/IM CORE model for standardization
Manage solution backlog and prioritize enhancements
Support multi-country rollouts from blueprint to go-live
Coordinate fit-gap analysis and MVP showcases for stakeholders
Provide hypercare support and ensure business continuity
Build relationships with BPOs, process owners, and external partners
Mentor and lead a team of functional consultants
Foster a collaborative team culture and knowledge sharing

Requirements

10+ years of SAP experience in full lifecycle implementations
Expertise in SAP design and customizing for Supply Chain modules
Knowledge of business process analysis and design for SCI
Experience with Master Data management and system integration
Proven track record in major IT consulting firms
Strong communication skills and fluency in English
Ability to work in complex, international organizations

Conditions
