Description

The position leads consulting services for one or several client accounts in the Energy & Utilities sector. Responsibilities cover commercial strategy, financial management of engagements and HR leadership. The work supports energy transition programmes built on data, cloud, automation and IT modernisation. The director manages a team of 15 people and develops account revenue between 2 and 8 million euros.

Responsibilities

Build and implement the commercial development strategy for accounts worth 2 to 8 million euros
Execute account plans and design end-to-end offers
Manage relationships with partners such as software vendors and IT services firms
Take responsibility for commitments towards clients and the company
Prepare budgets and track key indicators including revenue, margin, book to bill, work in progress and days sales outstanding
Manage a team of 15 employees, both operational staff and managers
Run recruitment, training plans and salary reviews

Requirements

Bac+5 degree in computer science from an engineering school
At least 8 years of experience in steering and leading IT projects
Ability to develop and drive a strategic business vision
Skills in delivery and operations management
Experience in managing and supporting a team
English at B2 level
Autonomy and team spirit

Conditions
