Description

Whalar, part of Accenture Song, is a leading creator and social agency hiring a Junior Campaign Manager for the DACH market, based in Berlin. The role focuses on sourcing and managing creators, briefing content, quality control, scheduling and campaign reporting across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. The ideal candidate is creative, culturally in tune with creator economy trends and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Source, gather demographic information and vet creators across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat and other platforms
Manage creators through the full campaign cycle: outreach, negotiations, onboarding, contracting, briefing, concept review, content gatekeeping, scheduling and feedback loops
Handle product logistics for campaigns when required
Develop and issue creator briefs and lead day-to-day communications for content development
Review all creator content as the first point of quality control, checking ASA and IP compliance, brief alignment and content quality
Create and maintain a posting schedule throughout the campaign and monitor live posts to flag negative sentiment
Support overall campaign success by updating trackers, managing timelines and budgets, capturing data and preparing wrap reports
Act as a cultural pulse of the creator economy, consuming social media and presenting trends and new discoveries

Requirements

1+ years of experience in project management and/or the creator and influencer landscape
Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills
Proactive, productive and positive approach to work
Genuine love for social media and content creators
Culturally in tune, with a finger on the pulse of new platforms, trends and industry news
Creative and curious mindset with a pioneering, can-do attitude
Appreciation and understanding of the value of great creativity
Comfort working in a fast-paced, scrappy environment that values collaboration over rigid structure
Team player willing to roll up sleeves and dive in
Excellent customer service skills
Analytical mind and comfort working with numbers
Native-level German speaker
Fluent professional-level English speaking and writing capabilities

Conditions

Work location: Berlin, DE, remote but must be located in Berlin and open to coming into the office
Start date: as soon as possible
Office-based company with a flexible approach to in-office days, minimum 1+ days a week and Tuesday as the main office day
