Description
Biorce is a Healthtech company using AI to accelerate drug development and clinical trials. The Junior Technical Product Manager will own shared platform capabilities including semantic data layers, RAG pipelines, integrations, and cross-module interoperability. The role sits at the intersection of multiple product squads, ensuring technical interoperability while translating between engineering, data science, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
End-to-end project ownership as primary PM for platform and interoperability across modules — from discovery and backlog grooming to delivery and post-launch optimization
Define and execute roadmap for shared platform capabilities, unblocking and accelerating dependent product teams
Work hands-on with Engineers and Data Scientists to scope solutions, evaluate trade-offs, break complex technical epics into shippable increments
Map and manage technical dependencies between all product modules; ensure shared data contracts, APIs, and interfaces remain interoperable
Stay in permanent sync with every other product manager across squads — know what each module is building and when it lands
Turn technical constraints and possibilities into stakeholder language; turn product needs into precise technical requirements
Lead through change — proactively clear roadblocks and make critical decisions under pressure
Requirements
3–6 years in Product Management, engineering, data science, or a similar technical function
Engineering background or equivalent technical fluency
True product mindset: technical depth as foundation, thinking in user problems, outcomes, and business value
Proven ability to translate technical complexity for non-technical audiences
Hands-on understanding of modern AI systems: LLM-based products, RAG pipelines, knowledge graphs, embeddings, model evaluation frameworks
Ability to reason about system dependencies — cross-module impacts, interfaces, and data contracts
Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making track record; comfortable with SQL and analytics tooling
Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, OMOP, CDISC) or regulated-industry constraints is a plus
Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
Curious, adaptable, and highly motivated mindset dedicated to learning how to build and scale great products
Conditions
Competitive base salary and equity participation
Health benefits
Flexible hybrid work culture
Dynamic work environment with international team
Opportunity to shape the future of a fast-growing AI healthtech company
