Description

Breitling is expanding its Business Service Center in Warsaw with a dedicated squad focused on digital and tech initiatives. The Lead QA Engineer will define and lead the quality strategy for global e‑commerce platforms, ensuring reliability and scalability of customer‑facing journeys. The role combines AI‑enabled testing, automation‑first approaches, and close collaboration with product, engineering and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Define and lead end‑to‑end QA strategy for global e‑commerce platforms
Implement AI‑driven test generation and self‑healing automation
Establish automation‑first coverage for critical customer journeys
Conduct integration testing across CMS, PIM, CRM and ERP systems
Evaluate and adopt AI‑powered QA tools and frameworks
Set QA standards, quality gates and release‑readiness criteria
Manage defect lifecycle from identification to production leakage tracking
Provide analytics to prioritize high‑risk areas and test gaps
Support UAT planning and execution with business stakeholders
Mentor QA engineers and promote modern testing practices

Requirements

Minimum 10 years experience in Quality Assurance
At least 5 years experience leading QA teams
Proven track record with D2C e‑commerce projects
Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing
Experience designing AI‑driven testing strategies
Proficiency with Selenium, Cypress or Playwright frameworks
Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA and Zephyr
Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes
Ability to collaborate with product, engineering and DevOps teams
Fluent English communication skills
