Description

Agilent Technologies is developing a Kubernetes-based software platform with embedded AI. The Lead Test Framework Architect will lead AI adoption in the software test lifecycle, building frameworks and governance for safe shipping in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Lead AI SDLC adoption for quality engineering. Build AI-native test frameworks. Test AI features. Own the regulatory bridge. Establish human-in-the-loop governance. Define platform-wide test architecture standards. Instrument and report on impact.

Requirements

10+ years of software engineering with 3+ years in test architecture. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools. Deep Kubernetes expertise. Strong experience in test automation frameworks. CI/CD pipeline architecture. Contract testing experience.

Conditions
