Description

VistaPrint is seeking a Lead UX Designer to shape the experience of its ProShop Asset Management suite. The role involves end‑to‑end design for both admin and customer workflows, collaborating with product, engineering and research teams. The position is remote‑first, allowing you to work from anywhere in Spain while staying connected to a global team.

Responsibilities

Drive end‑to‑end experiences for admins creating and managing branded products
Own the user experience for ProShop Asset Management from discovery to delivery
Create high‑quality user flows, wireframes, UI designs and interactive prototypes
Partner with cross‑functional teams to define requirements, priorities and roadmap
Ensure cohesiveness with VistaPrint design system and brand guidelines

Requirements

5+ years of experience designing sophisticated digital products, preferably enterprise tools
4+ years of collaborative work with product, engineering, design and research teams
Strong portfolio demonstrating industry‑leading UX/UI skills and use of AI tools
Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions
Expertise in visual fundamentals such as type, hierarchy, color, composition and contrast
