Description
Crido is building a modern marketing function that directly supports business growth and sales effectiveness. The Marketing Business Partner acts as a strategic liaison between selected business lines and the marketing team, translating business priorities into integrated campaigns. The role does not include managing a team but requires close collaboration with specialists to deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities
Co‑create and execute marketing and business development plans for assigned business lines
Collaborate with leaders to identify business, sales and communication priorities
Translate business needs into detailed briefs and marketing initiatives
Plan and coordinate campaigns, content projects, webinars, conferences and client events
Position business lines by defining target audiences, USP and thought‑leadership topics
Support preparation of offers, presentations, pitch decks, case studies and references
Initiate and coordinate activities to raise expert and business line visibility
Monitor marketing performance metrics and recommend data‑driven improvements
Conduct client satisfaction surveys and analyze results
Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources
Track market trends, competitor activities and relevant industry changes
Work with external vendors and marketing partners to deliver projects
Requirements
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, business development, or professional services marketing
Proven ability to build partnership relationships with business leaders and senior stakeholders
Experience managing multiple marketing projects and initiatives simultaneously
Strong stakeholder management skills without direct line‑management responsibility
Understanding of content, events, digital marketing, and CRM integration
Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation platforms, Google Analytics, and CMS tools
Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data and draw actionable insights
Fluent English communication skills for business collaboration
